We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours and images will be perfectly accurate. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Full payment is required at the time of delivery.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Delivery

  • We deliver within the UAE only.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch.
  • Delivery delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control and we shall not be held liable for such delays.

6. Returns & Exchanges

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of SKK Collections and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

SKK Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
