Refund & Exchange Policy

At SKK Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on eligible items. If you wish to exchange a product, please note the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Items that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for exchange.
2. Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds except where required by applicable UAE consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under UAE law, please contact us and we will assess your request accordingly.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. In such cases:
- We will arrange an exchange or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
- Return shipping costs for incorrect, damaged, or defective items will be covered by SKK Collections.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item received was wrong, damaged, or defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with an exchange request.
5. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items returned after the 3-day exchange window
