1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after confirmation. You will be contacted to confirm your order before dispatch. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate at the time of placing your order.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on your location within the UAE. Delivery times may vary based on your emirate and area.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on your delivery location and any ongoing promotions. Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Payment is collected in full at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready upon receiving your order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, our team will provide you with relevant tracking or delivery information via phone or WhatsApp where available.
7. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier or logistics company delays
- Public holidays
- Adverse weather conditions
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
SKK Collections is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package. Additional delivery charges may apply in such cases.
